Insurance

In-network and out-of-network options

Healing Parts Therapy is currently in-network with Providence Health Plan. If you have a Providence plan, we're happy to help you understand your benefits and estimated out-of-pocket costs before you begin.

For all other insurance plans, we work as an out-of-network provider. We're happy to provide a monthly superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many clients receive 50–80% reimbursement depending on their plan and deductible status.

Why Out-of-Network?

The value of working outside insurance

Working primarily out-of-network allows us to provide more flexible, personalized, and responsive care. Insurance often limits therapy type, pace, and duration in ways that can interfere with the thoughtful, attuned approach that makes trauma therapy effective.

By staying out-of-network, we can honor your pace, use the approaches that genuinely fit your needs, and maintain the collaborative, non-pathologizing relationship that is central to how we work.

Payment

Payment policies

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Cancellation policies are reviewed during intake so there are no surprises.

We know cost is an important consideration in choosing a therapist. If you have questions about fees or insurance before scheduling, we're happy to talk through them during your free consultation.
