My approach to therapy
My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment where therapy is collaborative — built on acceptance and authenticity. I strive to meet clients where they are and walk beside them through difficult times.
I believe that challenging seasons provide opportunities for growth rather than defining who we are. The answers we look for are often within us — therapy helps clear the fog so you can find them.
I balance working through hard things with appropriate humor and encouragement. I'm genuinely invested in your progress, and I love celebrating what you're building toward — not just what you're healing from.
Approaches I draw from
I use multiple evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Attachment-Based Therapy (ABT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).
