My approach to therapy
I integrate a trauma-informed, empowering, and client-centered perspective in my work. I view clients as the experts on their own lives — my role is to provide validation, compassion, and a non-judgmental space where healing can unfold at your own pace.
My practice is culturally responsive and LGBTQIA affirming. I work with college students, professionals navigating burnout, and individuals navigating significant life transitions — meeting each person exactly where they are.
Approaches I draw from
I'm trained to Level 2 in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which forms the core of my therapeutic approach. I also hold a Post-Graduate Certificate in Adoptive and Foster Family Therapy, and I integrate trauma-informed practices throughout my work with adults navigating complex relational histories.
