Fees & Insurance
We believe transparency around fees and insurance is an important part of choosing a therapist. Below you’ll find details to help you make an informed decision.
Our Fees

Insurance Information
Healing Parts Therapy is currently in-network with Providence Health Plan and is in the process of becoming in-network with additional insurance providers.
If you have Providence, we can verify your benefits and provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket cost before your first session.
For all other insurance plans, we are considered out-of-network (OON).
While insurance can be helpful for some, it often places limitations on the type, pace, and length of therapy. By remaining primarily out-of-network, we are able to provide care that is more flexible, personalized, and responsive to each client’s needs
Out-of-Network Benefits
If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance provider.
We are happy to provide:
A monthly superbill for reimbursement
Documentation needed for you to submit claims independently
Many clients receive partial reimbursement (often 50–80%) depending on their plan and whether their deductible has been met.
Reimbursement amounts vary by plan. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
If helpful, we can guide you in what questions to ask so you have a clear understanding of your coverage.
Payment & Policies
Payment is due at the time of service
We accept major credit and debit cards
Cancellation policies will be reviewed during the intake process
If you have questions about fees or payment options, you’re welcome to ask during your consultation.
